Joe McMoneagle is known for his involvement in the

SRI International within Project Stargate. Along with Ingo Swann he has become
one of the most important figures connected to the development
of Remote Viewing
for military intelligence gathering. Joe run a business (IIA) aimed at the corporate world. He is one of the few remote viewers
who have conducted successful demonstrations for many TV shows
